A position at the West Chop Club is an opportunity to learn from some of the best leaders in the Hospitality industry. At the West Chop Club, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, accommodations, and services. The West Chop Club is driven by people who desire to provide the highest levels of distinctive and professional service to our members and guests.

Compensation
The West Chop Club provides competitive compensation packages for all positions. Upon successful completion of the agreed upon work term, employees are eligible for inclusion in our seasonal bonus program. Shared housing and meals are available for live-in employees. All positions are “at will” employment.

Employees typically work 35-45 hours per week. Hours may vary, depending on staffing needs and business levels. Meeting the needs of our members and guests may require you to work mornings, evenings and split shifts. Although you are welcome to have a second job, West Chop Club must be your primary place of employment. Your West Chop schedule must take priority at all times.

Personal appearance is an important part of the way we are perceived by our members and guests. This includes time off, if you are a live- in employee. Many of our members have homes adjacent to West Chop. Personal pride, in your appearance and attitude, is a valued trait.
